How will I be activated or registered?

After the installation, a registration form is generated which you have to fill out and send to our InfoTip headquarter via fax. After that you will receive login data and activation date by fax or email.

Is there an user manual for InfoTip2001 available?

You can download the German user manual as a PDF file here.

How much is the user fee for InfoTip 2001?

After your three month testing period, the yearly fee of 230,00 EUR for the usage of IT2001 is invoiced. If the software is used in your local network environment, an additional fee of 22,50 EUR per user and year is billed.

When you want to use IT2001 in subsidiaries of your company, an additional fee of 69,00 EUR per branch office is accounted.

Is there an overview available of customer numbers from the manufacturers?

You can find an overview of customer numbers from the manufacturers when clicking on the printer icon in the headline after the start page gets visible.

What is the InfoTip warranty archive?

All warranty claims which you submitted are stored to a separate archive of the InfoTip system. If the provider generates an answer, this answer is stored to this archive, too. When displayed, all warranty claims will be shown with your InfoTip user id or your provider customer no.

How much is the user fee for InfoTip ISS?

Is an auto-login to InfoTip ISS possible?

With the following request you can log-in automatically:

USERNAME and PASSWORD must be exchanged by your data.

Data exchange while that happens over a secure connection.

How long is data stored in the ET shopping cart/protocol?

Data in the replacement-part shopping cart/ ETB protocol is deleted automatically after 90 days.

How long is data stored in the warranty archive?

Data is kept for five years, after that they are saved to an archive unaccessible for customers.

In Mozilla Firefox open the tab "Print", in the print preview click onto "Setup page" and then clear all fields in the tab "Margins, header/footer" , so neither header nor footer are printed.

In Google Chrome you have to click onto "Print" in the options and you can enable or disable header and footer.

How much is the user fee for InfoTip RTS?

The InfoTip RTS is for free! You don't need to be an InfoTip customer!

How or where can I register for InfoTip RTS?

Enter the InfoTip RTS webpage und register by using the menu item "Mitglied werden". You will receive your login credentials by email.

How much is the user fee for InfoTip PDB?

If you are registered user for InfoTip ISS or InfoTip2001 usage is free. The "standalone" version for InfoTip PDB costs an annual fee of €94,-! There also is a free 7-days access available.

Configure your own retailer catalogue

Enter the tab "Meine Daten" and click onto the button "Eigenen Fachhändlerkatalog konfigurieren".
A page opens up with the logos of all manufacturers and brands in InfoTip PDB.

If you like to get a retailer catalogue displayed, please check the related box and also choose the manufacturers and brands which you want to be visible in the catalogue.

Your own retailer catalogue helps you to choose distinct devices from the PDB for your own product catalogue. Here they stay until you decide to delete them from the catalogue.

My data is printed incorrectly

Please change to the tab "Meine Daten", an overview with the data provided by you is shown. If there is outdated or wrong data in the upper table, please click onto "Änderung der obigen Daten nur durch InfoTip möglich".

Now you can send an email with corrected data to InfoTip. We will change them immediately.

If you need to change data in the lower table, you can do it yourself by overwriting them.
