Everyone Together, Including Remote Workers

Whether you work remotely or in the office, we care about where you work the best. There is no requirement to be in the office, but when you work remotely, you will need to be available online and have your camera on during calls. We rely on clear structures and reliable communication: with regular meetings, stand-ups, 1-on-1 discussions, and well-organized tools such as Teams and others. We respond to questions quickly and share knowledge actively when working on projects – for example about through shared ticketing systems and clean documents.

Real interactions are important to us. Everyone meets up at least twice a year – at the summer party and the Christmas party.
